Blair Therapies is excited to announce an immediate opening for an HR Coordinator to join our Pediatric Therapy Clinic (Blair County).

We are a therapist-owned and operated practice with over 45 dedicated professionals serving children and families across our Early Intervention, Pediatric Therapy Center, and School-Based departments. Responsibilities:

The Occupational Therapist will support children in developing functional skills that promote independence in daily living, play, and learning across natural and clinical environments.

  • Recruiting

  • Onboarding

  • Payroll Coordination

  • Compliance Tracking

  • Employee Systems

  • Training Systems

Qualifications:

  • HR coordination and/or payroll experience required

  • Organized

  • Detail Oriented

  • Professional that is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a growing pediatric therapy organization.
