Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Blair Therapies is a trusted home health provider and leading early intervention agency in Central Pennsylvania, dedicated to supporting children ages birth to three years who have or are at risk for developmental delays. We offer services in natural environments across Blair, Bedford, Centre, and Cambria Counties—and we are currently looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized Occupational Therapy services to children (birth–3) in natural settings such as homes, daycares, and community locations.

  • Collaborate closely with caregivers to coach and empower them to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), in accordance with Pennsylvania's Early Intervention standards.

  • Document services in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining compliance with OCDEL and HIPAA regulations.

  • Maintain professional communication and coordination with team members, service coordinators, and families.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current Pennsylvania license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Completion of PA-required clearances:

  • FBI Criminal Background Check

  • PA Child Abuse Clearance

  • PA Criminal Record Check

  • Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!

Position Details & Benefits:

  • Location: Centre County, PA & Cambria County, PA (home-based, natural environments).

  • Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday, travel required (mileage reimbursed)

  • Physical Demands: Floor play, occasional lifting, and navigating home environments

  • Compensation: $30 - $55 per hour. Competitive rates based on experience and role.
