Vice President of Operations and Early Intervention

As Vice President of Operations and Early Intervention, Julie oversees the day-to-day work that keeps Blair Therapies running smoothly. She leads the company's Early Intervention program, which provides free in-home therapy for children from birth to age three across ten Central Pennsylvania counties.

Julie works closely with county Early Intervention offices, therapists, and the administrative team to help families get started with services quickly and have a good experience from their first call onward. She also supports the company's growth as Blair Therapies expands into new counties and reaches more families.

Julie spends her weekends as a part-time yodeler and full-time snack enthusiast. Rumor has it she once built a canoe out of old therapy flashcards and paddled it across Raystown Lake.
